Gangsters 2 (2001)

When Joey Bane's father is murdered by Frankie "Hammer" Constantine's gang, Joey decides to take revenge and take control of New Temperance from the gangs that currently rule it. To do so, he will have to build his own gang and deal with rival gangs. Just like during the Prohibition era in its predecessor Gangsters: Organized Crime, a fierce battle for power will erupt in the city.
