Bride of Chucky (1998)

Tiffany was Charles Lee Ray's girlfriend and one day decides to breathe new life into the doll Chucky with the soul of her sweetheart. But when she hears that Chucky never intended to marry her, she gets angry and locks him up. Chucky escapes and uses voodoo practices to get Tiffany's soul into a doll as well. In order to both return as human beings, the two dolls have to go to Chucky's grave to dig up the necklace that Ray was wearing when he died. They decide to secretly travel with a young couple who are on the run. And along the way, they can't help but occasionally kill a few people.
