Batman: Arkham City (2011)

The story in Arkham City takes place one year after the events of Arkham Asylum. After Arkham Asylum was largely demolished by Poison Ivy, Arkham City, the center of Gotham City, was established as a new home for all dangerous criminals. Quincy Sharp is in charge of Arkham City, and has cordoned off the area with mercenaries who have to keep the prisoners in their place. To achieve this, Sharp hires psychiatrist Hugo Strange, but he has his own plans for Arkham City. Batman fears that, with Strange around, the situation in Arkham City will get out of hand.
